Next create a new layer as before this time name it graphic. |

Use the ellipse tool to create a circle - hold the ctrl key while you drag for a perfect circle.

Now click the object you have created and select file and outline colour as orange. Then click on the contour icon
|
||

Grab the handle on the right hand side and drag until you get the size you want.

||

Drag the new graphic over the start of Sound as below.
