CREATE YOUR OWN LOGO - Xara Extreme tutorial (Part 2)

Select the text object if not already active and now change the colour. To do this we use the pallet at the bottom of the screen - the right mouse click sets the outline colour and the left mouse click colours the fill. Select the Orange with the left mouse button and black with the right.

By selecting the drop down as shown you can change the weight of the outline here we will select 2pt.

Next create a new layer as before this time name it tagline.

Select the text icon on the left menu bar then click on the main window where you would like the text , type making music together

Now move the text to be under the Sound Factory text and resize using the resize handles to fit as you feel looks best. Select the font as you have done above and change the colours if you like.
